Positive, stylish, ambitious and hopeful songs needed
Note:the rights of performance, broadcasting, rights of reproduction and distribution as well as making available shall be included in the payout. Thus, we are only looking for songs where the rightsholders have the opportunity to grant those rights as well.
For ASCAP and BMI this can e.g. be done via a "direct license", for PRS there is a possibility to do it for commissioned compositions. If you are unsure, you should check with your collection society and only submit if such possibility exists.
For a marketing company's commercial we're looking for a positive, stylish, ambitious and hopeful songs. We are open to any genres as well as instrumentals to vocals as long as it won't be too energetic or laid-back. There is an important voice-over that the client would like to emphasize so instrumental versions might work well. We like songs that have crescendo towards to the end. The film length is 30s and there is a transition point on the visual at 20s so songs that have engaging intro/verse for 20s and a good hook/chorus for 10s are plus.
