ebay – There’s nothing you can’t fix

eBay’s latest advert is a short story about two siblings whose relationship went apart after being once very close. It depicts the journey of one protagonist to fix this relationship again. It’s perfectly illustrated with the metaphor of fixing a car.

The storyline follows the growing-up of the two brothers, their common memories and strong bond of trust and friendship between them. Their relationship comes to a sudden halt os one of the protagonists drops out of their common future plan.

After years of being apart, the depicted journey is the cathartic experience needed for one of the brothers to collect the bravery and ignore the pride necessary for him to approach the one person missing from his life.
