We’re back with another serving of solid music sync from the advertising world. This week it’s all sweetness and (early morning) light – with a glitchy, apple-sour twist.
Honda – R-rated Content
It’s Honda alright, but perhaps not as we know it. The spot’s gleaming, fragmentary neo noir marks a stark departure for the brand, and Kraddy’s monument to skull-bashing glitch dub slams that departure into moody full gear.
Song: Android Porn
Artist: Kraddy

Match.com – Get ready
The Temptations’ irresistible sunniness transforms all pre-date jitters into the most enjoyable of butterflies in match.com’s upbeat but true-ringing look at the joy of getting gussied up to meet someone (most likely) special.
Song: Get Ready
Artist: The Temptations
ITV – Good Morning Britain
There’s little to love about the ungodly schedule news and morning television teams face, but somehow the sheer effervesance of Hans Zimmer’s True Romance charmer convinces that at ITV it’s more bright, brave matin adventure than caffeine-fuelled, pillow-creased slog – no mean feat.
Song: You’re So Cool
Artist: Hans Zimmer
Strongbow – Bittersweet
By contrast, Strongbow weren’t out to round down the windblown corners of their production process – rather the opposite in fact. Temples’ jaunty track does its own good job of pairing slightly bitter lyrics with deliciously Sixties-flavoured rhythm and evokes the sanguine doggedness that keeps these workers going under their anoraks.
Song: Keep in the Dark
Artist: Temples
Agency: Saint Luke’s
