‘Tis The Season to Give Back in Tymbark’s Christmas Advert

The spirit of the season comes alive in this sweet Christmas advert campaign from Polish juice and beverage company, Tymbark. The advert, which features a charming re-recording of Peter, Bjorn and John as the pre-cleared music, tells an adorable story of giving back.

 
In the advert, a little boy with his eyes on some brand new trainers, does some odd jobs around the house to earn some pocket money, including: walking a dog a bit too strong for him, doing the washing up, and singlehandedly clearing up a garden that’s been snowed under. Once he earns enough money, a Tymbark bottle cap saying, “give something back” in Polish, inspires him to spend the money on a smaller pair of trainers for his new baby sibling instead.
 
For the pre-cleared music, we licensed a re-recording of the hit song ‘Young Folks’ by English singer-songwriter Richard Walters. The licensed music provides a softer and sweeter melody to the story, with a toned down version of the original, with piano arrangements and emotional vocals.
