Deine Rolle

Als Projektmanager bei Tracks & Fields spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, die Visionen unserer Kunden zum Leben zu erwecken. Vom Management von Musiklizenzierungsprojekten bis zur Koordination mit unserem Kreativteam, externen Rechteinhabern und Komponisten sorgst Du dafür, dass jeder Aspekt des Projekts reibungslos und effizient verläuft. Mit deinen herausragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und deinem Blick fürs Detail bist Du der Hauptansprechpartner für die Kunden, gehst auf ihre Bedürfnisse ein, verwaltest Erwartungen und findest Lösungen für alle Herausforderungen.

Dein Profil

• Hervorragende Kommunikation: Du verfügst über herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift, und kannst Ideen und Informationen effektiv an Kunden und Teammitglieder vermitteln.
• Sorgfältig und Organisiert: Du liebst schnelllebige Umgebungen und kannst mühelos mehrere Aufgaben und Prioritäten jonglieren, während Du gleichzeitig einen hohen Grad an Genauigkeit und Aufmerksamkeit für Details beibehältst.
• Kundenorientiert: Du bist bestrebt, Kunden außergewöhnlichen Service zu bieten, indem Du starke Beziehungen aufbaust, die auf Vertrauen, Zuverlässigkeit und Professionalität basieren.
• Problemlöser: Du hast ein Talent, Lösungen für komplexe Herausforderungen zu finden, und kannst schnell auf unvorhergesehene Probleme reagieren, die während eines Projekts auftreten können.

Your role

As a Project Manager at Tracks & Fields, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing our clients’ visions to life. From managing music licensing projects to coordinating with our creative team, external rights holders, and composers, you’ll ensure that every aspect of the project runs smoothly and efficiently. With your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, managing expectations, and providing solutions to any challenges that arise.
