Tracks & Fields Welcomes Saya Nomura to the Team

Music supervision agency Tracks & Fields is excited to introduce Saya Nomura as the new Business and Account Management Lead for their Tokyo office.

Saya is a Japanese-American professional who has spent her career building genuine expertise across sports and entertainment on both sides of the Pacific. She spent several seasons with the Los Angeles Angels organization in Guest Relations, worked with a sports company in Tokyo, and currently competes as a player on the women’s baseball team Asahi Trust.

She brings a rare combination of cultural fluency, global experience, and real humility to the role. She is passionate about community and deeply committed to giving back through sport.

A Legacy of Excellence

Baseball and music have always been woven through Saya’s life. Her grandfather Katsuya Nomura is a legendary manager in Japan, her uncle Don Nomura famously brought Hideo Nomo to the Dodgers, and her mother is a professional musician who performed with Gladys Knight. That heritage is part of her story, but her path has been entirely her own.

It’s this unique blend of family history and personal achievement that makes Saya such a valuable addition to our team.

What’s Next

In her own words:

ā€œI’m excited to join Tracks & Fields to help build culture-first partnerships across Asia. With such a strong foundation in global music and brand storytelling, the opportunity is to go beyond traditional campaigns, connecting artists, brands, and audiences in a way that feels authentic, locally relevant, and globally impactful.ā€

We couldn’t be more excited to have her on board.

Welcome, Saya!
