Your role

As a Creative Account & Project Director at Tracks & Fields, you’ll own the full journey from interest to delivered project.
You will:

  • Develop and grow a strong pipeline of potential clients in Poland and beyond – especially brands, creative agencies and production companies.
  • Turn interest into business: identify opportunities, run meetings and pitches, prepare proposals and close new music licensing and production projects.
  • Build long‑term relationships with existing clients, increase repeat business and proactively reactivate dormant accounts.
  • Lead projects once they’re won: translate client needs into clear briefs, coordinate with our creative, licensing and production teams, and keep timelines, budgets and expectations on track.
  • Oversee the quality and consistency of the creative output, ensuring every project reflects our standards and keeps clients coming back.
  • Represent Tracks & Fields at industry events, in‑person meetings and online – becoming a trusted face of the company in the Polish market.

Your profile

  • Strong Network: You bring an existing, relevant network of decision‑makers at brands, creative agencies and/or production companies in Poland, and know how to build new relationships.
  • Deal Maker: You have a proven track record of turning prospects into clients; from first contact, through evaluation and negotiation, to signed projects.
  • Client‑Obsessed: You think in terms of client success and long‑term relationships, not just single deals. You’re proactive in spotting opportunities, following up and staying present.
  • Persistent & Resourceful: You don’t give up easily. You follow goals with determination, find creative ways to connect and re‑connect, and you’re comfortable with structured outreach.
  • Project Leader: You have hands‑on experience managing music licensing / music production projects end‑to‑end, coordinating internal creative teams.
  • Communicative & Solution‑Oriented: You communicate clearly, listen carefully and keep stakeholders aligned. When obstacles appear, you focus on solutions, not problems.
  • Likable & Ethical Team Player: You’re approachable, kind, and build trust naturally. You foster positive collaboration, act with integrity, and contribute to a supportive, respectful atmosphere — both internally and with clients.
  • Diligent & Reliable: You are well organized, handle multiple projects in parallel and can be trusted with budgets, deadlines and client expectations.
  • Languages: You speak Polish and English fluently; any additional language is a plus.
  • Experience: You have several years of experience in synch/music licensing, agency/production environment and/or bespoke music projects, ideally in a client‑facing role.
