We've received a number of emails from participants requesting that we extend the deadline for some of the remix contests. We have therefore decided to extend the deadline for Wolfmother, Florence and the Machine and MOKE contests to March 31st. Submissions must be made before 12 midnight on that date.

This is a combined remix contest for 'New Moon Rising' and 'California Queen' by Wolfmother!!
Mix it up and get creative - this is your chance to win big an get considered for a digital release by Universal, win a Gibson guitar and have your remix featured in the Wolfmother Myspace player for 4 weeks. Good luck everyone!
You can either download stems and remix using your own software or work online with the Tracks&Fields sequencer....the choice is yours! And don't forget you can form discussion groups with your fellow remixers to share inspiration, tech talk or anything else!
Contest Rules:
1. Remix either song or use a combination of the provided stems (parts).
2. Publish your remix here. You are not allowed to publish/post your remix or the stems from this contest on any other site - you may only use Tracks & Fields widgets for this purpose. Any user found to be doing so will be disqualified from this contest.
3. Do no infringe anyone's copyright: you may only use your own or royalty free/creative commons licensed material! Universal remains the sole copyright owner of the the songs "New Moon Rising" and "California Queen" and all audio stems. Wolfmother will choose the best remix - the entrant with the most votes will not necessarily win this contest.
