"Show me how you dance, and I’ll tell you who you are!" That’s the deal offered by new German act Frida Gold in their debut single "Zeig mir wie du tanzt", due to be released on October 1st.
With their mixture of electrifying strings samples, driving electro-beats and the beautiful voice of singer Alina, the band goes "Pop all the way!" Frida Gold know how and why pop music works and have found their niche somewhere between Goldfrapp, Madonna and Moloko.
And you should definately try to catch them live! Having opened for acts like Mando Diao, Bosse and Polarkreis18 they have proven that they really know how to get the crowd moving.
Frida Gold are currently working with producer Carsten Heller (Nephew, remixes for Timbaland and Polarkreis18) on their debut album, which is due out early next year. Until then you’ll have to keep on dancing to their debut single "Zeig mir wie du tanzt", which has also been chosen for myMTVmobile's new commercial.

2. Publish your remix here. You are not allowed to publish/post your remix or the stems from this contest on any other site - you may only use Tracks & Fields widgets for this purpose. Any user found to be doing so will be disqualified from this contest.
3. Do not infringe anyone's copyright: only use your own or royalty free/creative commons licensed material! Frida Gold/Warner Music remain the sole copyright owner of the song 'Zeig mir wie du tanzt' and all audio stems from this contest.
4. You agree that the submitted remixes shall be a “work made for hire,” with all rights therein, including, without limitation, the exclusive copyright, being the property of Frida Gold/Warner Music Germany. In the event that your submitted remixes are considered not to be a “work made for hire,” you irrevocably assign all rights, title, and interest in your submitted remix (including, without limitation, the copyright) in perpetuity, anywhere in the world, with the right to make any and all uses thereof, including, without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade, to Frida Gold/Warner Music Germany. No payment changes hands.
5. Frida Gold/Warner Music will choose the best remix - the entrant with the most votes will not necessarily win this contest.
