Fresh and modern pop/rock song for TV commercial needed

We are looking for a fresh and modern pop/rock song for a TV commercial for a "hot beverages"- brand in hungary. The spot is dealing with lover and togetherness in a setting of cool people in their mid- to late-twenties and the music needs to fit to these images. It needs to be fresh, emotional, modern and cool without being hipster-type music.

Some general direction could be "Seed 2.0" by The Roots or "somewhere only we know" by Keane, even though it should be a bit faster than the Keane song and feel less like a ballad.
