Emotional, yet positive, mid-tempo song with a calm intro and built up for TVC needed
We are working on a really cool and clever commercial of a service provider evolving about the concept of time for which we need to right piece of music.We need music that has a human element, however we are open genrewise. We think classical music/ modern classic/ score could work, aswell as acoustic music or anything else that works with sounds of real instruments, rather than electronic music. It has to carry the commercial emotionally in two different sections:
The first part is using a lot of voiceover. Here we are moste likely looking for a nice piece of music that is rather reduced- think calm, pleasant, relaxing, harmonic, but serious, not cheesy. This part needs to be instrumental as there will be alot of voiceover with a rather wise and serious voice.
The second part is emotional and positive, beautiful and pleasant. It can have nice vocals. This is the everything is just right part of the commercial. However, we need to be careful here not to become corny. We need great positive emotions, but not necessarily a huge epic moment of grandeur.
We were also thinking to go against expectations in the first part and have something rather hectic and stressful (yet still reduced) in the first section, however consider that the wildcard and the briefing above the main direction.
